Saving Costs, Time, and Energy: Perks of Hybrid Work

More than a change in work life, hybrid work has resulted in several perks since its adoption on a global scale.

The pandemic has been a real game-changer, not only in our personal lives but also in our professional lives as employees and employers. Hybrid work used to be rare before 2020. However, with the pandemic forcing remote work, who would have thought that it would bring not only financial benefits, but also numerous advantages for employees?

The perks of hybrid work mainly consist of optimizing costs, time, and energy. In fact, hybrid working models are now a key element in retaining Talents, providing various benefits:

  • Better work-life balance
  • Increased productivity
  • Motivation in daily work life
  • Improved well-being

Beyond these employee benefits, it has also allowed companies to cut costs. According to a survey, 81% of the CFOs said they see hybrid work as a cost saver, with 87% saying they plan to continue their hybrid model in five years.

The in-person work model has been revolutionized! Hybrid work, shared offices… It is definitely safe to say that providing hybrid work is now a compelling argument for any company!
